1 room house of 110m² in Antwerp

This cozy home is set up to make for comfortable and peaceful living. It has everything you need - a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, lots of light, low noise, a quality sound system, a work desk for working from home, weights and a gym bench in the basement, and a garden that you can ground in when you need a little nature. The house is located in a sweet neighbourhood in south Antwerp, Kiel, with lots of Moroccan diners, old school Belgian football bars and beautiful parks within walking distance. You can use my bike, which will get you anywhere in the centre of town within 15-20 minutes. There are buses and a tram right at the end of the street, which take you into the centre of to Antwerp central station (20min direct tram). You can street park on the street right outside the house (paid parking).
